The concept behind The Bootcamp Express is that everyone needs help with their workout routine whether you want to admit it or not. The 3 main reasons you need help:

#1 is the most important. If you injure yourself, you are not coming back to workout for a while or ever!

The real truth is that most people do not have the money to spend on a monthly gym membership and hourly personal training sessions. And if you do, you are committed to just one trainer working on their schedule. At The Bootcamp Express, we will offer classes up to 12 hours a day with an amazing variety of the most talented trainers in Chicago. Each one brings a unique awareness to physical enhancement and fitness. All this with no monthly membership fees and hours are a fraction of the cost of personal training.

The Bootcamp Express workout is designed for maximum effectiveness. Whether your goal is to lose a few, or more, unwanted pounds or max out your cardio training for a triathlon you are training for this summer, this is the workout for you!

All classes are geared to 3 difficulty levels:
Beginner = “READY”
Intermediate = “SET”
Advanced or Professional = “GO”




A beginner is someone who has been inactive or who has been visiting a gym just once or twice a week with little or no results.





An intermediate participant would be someone who has had some professional instruction from a personal trainer, coach or exercise specialist and goes to the gym with a structured program 3 to four times per week.



Advanced or Professional attendees are athletes. Whether training for a cardio endurance challenge or particular sports event, The Bootcamp Express workout will provide a cardio enhancing and strength building boost to your current program.


Once you attain your weight loss and fitness goals, there is no better way to maintain your new body. The Bootcamp Express workout is the most efficient 1 hour you will spend working out! Never again will you need to wander around a large fitness facility wondering what to do.

We've set out to create an exercise environment in which the best fitness professionals provide goal-oriented, engaging and challenging workouts for an affordable price at convenient times where like minded adults can connect while realizing health & wellness goals to enhance their quality of life.

We are always looking to improve our physique, especially in Chicago. We’ve watched people wander around big facilities for hours at a time, become frustrated or injure themselves, never to return and eventually cancel the membership. Or perform the same exercises religiously 5 times a week for months and years on end and never see a change in physique. What do I need to know about classes at the The Bootcamp Express?

• Bootcamp is the most effective way to attain results and stay in shape for life, NOT a crash course in fitness to get you looking good for your next big event.

• All classes are 60 minute cardio and strength circuits.

• Classes are directed in 3 tiers: beginner, average and pro – So ALL are welcome to participate.

• Classes are first come first serve so be sure to arrive early!

• The facility is arranged for maximum efficiency. One bathroom and drinking fountains are located at the rear of the studio.

• Towels and BPA free water bottles are available for purchase if needed.

• Come dressed for maximum performance: well fitted cross trainers or running shoes and comparable attire.
