data base and all classes purchased there after will be attached to the Key Tag for quick check-in and session purchasing.

Please bring workout towel and water bottle. Outside shoes are not permitted on workout floor. No Locker Room Availability.
$10 One Time New Member Fee. Classes are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Participants must follow instructions and not vary from Instructor's exercises. All injuries MUST be reported before each class.

 

NEW CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

CARDIO BOOTCAMP: Offered M,W,F at 6:00 am, Annette will be putting you cardio-holics through your paces. Designed to fulfill clients desire for longer running segments, improved cardiovascular needs and competitive performance, you will experience aerobic, anearobic and power drills to challenge you and burn calories. Cardio speed, strength and endurance will be the main focus followed by strength, core, flexibility and stability training for injury prevention and longevity of the athlete in all of you. Competition training will also be provided as a bonus! Begins Monday February 28th!

CARDIO/PILATES: Sundays at 10:30 am brings a fun-filled 30 minutes of interval cardio working on either speed plays or hill thrills and/or a combination of both to jump-start your calorie burn. The remaining 30 minutes will focus on the mind-body- spirit modality of Pilates designed to build core strength and stamina and body flexibility.

MARTIAL ARTS BOOTCAMP: Sundays at 12 (Noon) showcases newest trainer Carolyn Sievert, who will take your workout to a whole new level. This class offers you the chance to bring out your own inner "Karate Kid", kick-it, punch-it and just have fun! Cardio, core, strength, and overall mind-body control are major focuses in arena. We are looking to add a Friday night class at 7:00pm and Saturday afternoon class at 1:15pm, so stay tuned.

THEMED WORKOUTS - SATURDAY FUN DAYS!:
Our very own trainer - Ben, has been the designer and supporter of our newest initiative - "Theme Workout". Fueled by client creativity, look for our first Theme Workout to occur on Saturday, March 12th! The "70's Workout" will feature disco music and costume. Please come in 70's workout attire and compete for "Best Costume" to win a free workout session! Join the fun - Lookout John Travolta!

POWER PILATES: Coming Soon and will be offered at 10:30 am Wed. and Fri. instructor Mark will utilize his training in Pilates and small apparatuses to discover your inner strength, transform mind and body, increase stamina, improve your health and achieve a new and exciting physical well being. Posture will improve, abdominals, back and buttocks will strengthen and become more visibility toned, while arms and legs will become leaner. Your energy level will increase, chronic back pain and other debilitating physical ailments will decrease as your range of motion and mobility improves. Watch for updates.
